How do I report a claim?

You can file a claim online, through the Alfa2Go mobile app, or by contacting Alfa Insurance directly.

What information do I need to report my claim?

Be prepared to provide the name of the insured, policy number, date of the loss, cause of the loss, your contact information, the severity of your loss, and any witnesses.

How long will it take to settle my claim?

The time to settle a claim varies based on the severity of the loss and the number of claims Alfa is processing. Alfa will make every effort to inspect your loss as soon as possible and resolve the claim within a reasonable timeframe.

Coverage and Policies

Is flood insurance covered under my policy?

In general, flood insurance is not covered under dwelling policies. However, it may be covered under your automobile policy if you have comprehensive coverage. For homes, flood insurance is administered through the National Flood Insurance Program.

What is a deductible?

A deductible is the amount stated in your policy declaration that Alfa will subtract from the amount they pay on a covered loss.

What information do I need to get an online quote?

Alfa only collects information needed to provide an accurate quote. You may need to provide details about your vehicle, driving history, and personal information.

How long is my online quote valid?

Your quote will be available online for 60 days.

How can I access my policy information online?

You can access your policy information through your MyAlfa account. You can also download and print Auto ID cards or view them on the Alfa2Go app.
