My policy says Brighthouse—who do I call?

Brighthouse services many legacy MetLife individual life and annuity policies. Use the number printed on your policy or start at MetLife General Inquiries 800-638-5433 and they’ll route you.

Where do I mail dental or vision claims?

Most PPO dental/vision claims use PO Box 981987, El Paso, TX 79998. Some plans use different PO Boxes—follow your ID card or claim form.
