Auto Proof of Insurance / ID Cards
Need digital or paper ID cards for your vehicle? Request updated cards after adding a car or driver, or if your lender/DMV needs proof.
Auto Add / Remove Driver or Vehicle
Buying or selling a car, or your household changed? Submit driver details (license #, DOB) and vehicle info (VIN, garaging address).
Property Mortgage or Address Change
Refinanced or moved? We’ll update your mortgagee clause and mail certificates to the lender or escrow as needed.
Property Update Home / Condo Details
New roof, solar, mitigation (water shutoff, alarms), or remodel? Tell us so we can confirm coverage and discount eligibility.
Business Certificate of Insurance (COI)
Share exact language you need (AI, P&NC, Waiver of Subrogation, per-project aggregate) and the requesting party’s email.
Billing Payment & Billing Questions
We’ll help you make a payment, update autopay, or understand notices. Include your policy # and the notice date/amount.
What You’ll Need (Checklist)
For Auto Updates
- Policy number (if handy)
- Driver: full name, DOB, license #, state
- Vehicle: year/make/model, VIN, garaging address
- Effective date (when to start/stop coverage)
For Property Updates
- Property address & policy number
- Roof age/material; recent upgrades (plumbing, electrical, HVAC)
- Mitigation: alarms, water shutoff, wildfire hardening
- Photos/receipts for major improvements (optional but helpful)
For COIs (Business)
- Requesting party name, email, and address
- Exact wording needed (AI, P&NC, Waiver of Subro, etc.)
- Contract or sample COI (if available)
- Deadline or event date
For Billing
- Policy # and invoice/notice number
- Payment method preference (card, ACH)
- Questions about fees, lapses, or notices
Tip: Uploading documents when you submit your request speeds up processing.
Claims & Emergencies
Emergency? If anyone is injured or there’s active danger, call 911 first.
You can report a claim in the portal and we’ll coordinate with the carrier, or you can call your carrier directly (often fastest after hours). Include the date/time of loss, location, photos, and a brief description of what happened. If it’s property damage, take steps to prevent further loss (e.g., shut off water, tarp the roof) if it’s safe to do so.
Security & Privacy
We protect your information with secure, encrypted forms and internal review processes. Do not email full card numbers or sensitive health data—use the portal upload field instead. We never sell your information. For more details, see our privacy notice on the main site.
