Blake Insurance Group Agent Directory Terms and Conditions

By submitting a listing to the Blake Insurance Group Agent Directory (“Directory”), you (“Agent”, “You”, “Your”) agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree, please do not use this service.
2. Eligibility and Responsibilities

You must be a licensed insurance agent or agency and provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in your listing submission.

You are solely responsible for the content you submit, including ensuring it does not infringe any third-party rights or violate any laws.

You agree to update your listing promptly if your information changes or your license status is affected.
3. Submission and Approval

All listings are subject to review and approval by Blake Insurance Group before publication. We reserve the right to accept, reject, or remove any listing at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

Listings submitted with false, misleading, or incomplete information will be rejected or removed.
4. Use of Content

By submitting your listing, you grant Blake Insurance Group a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, edit, and publish your content on our website and related marketing materials.

You waive any moral rights in your submitted content to the extent permitted by law.
5. Directory Use and Conduct

You may not use the Directory for unlawful purposes, to solicit illegal activity, or to post content that is abusive, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise inappropriate.

You agree not to upload viruses or malicious code or attempt to disrupt the website’s operation.
6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Directory, except for agent-submitted listings, is the property of Blake Insurance Group and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute site content without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability

Blake Insurance Group provides the Directory as an advertising platform and does not endorse, guarantee, or warrant any agent, product, or service listed.

We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the Directory or reliance on any information provided therein.
8. Privacy

The personal data submitted in your listing will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Do not submit sensitive information unless required for verification.
9. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Directory constitutes acceptance of any changes.
